Elaine Del Valle is a Native New York Latina. She began her career as an actress and trained at Carnegie Hall's Wynn Handman Studios. Elaine garnered critical acclaim, with her autobiographical, off-Broadway stage play, Brownsville Bred.
Elaine began casting in 2010, and has since gone on to cast hundreds of commercials, both union and non-union as well as television series, short and feature films.
Elaine prides herself on discovering, and nurturing BIPOC talent and is still considered the most instrumental casting director for projects looking for diverse casting. She has been recognized with the Latino Media Salon "Madrina" (Godmother) award, The Official Latino "Vanguard" award, and as an inspirational figure in the PBS documentary, "Beating The Odds."
We are proud to have Elaine as a part of our team, helping us secure talent ordinarily inaccessible to commercial production companies.
