They prove that all you need is hard work and the courage to go after your dreams to achieve great things. In this story, we see how the Broke Boy$ flip the negative connotations of being BROKE into something positive by going after their dreams.

With the goal of making scientific storytelling accessible to all, we helped create the "Living Proof" series. In these intimate character portraits, we tell the moving stories of three lives that were forever changed by science. The series explores themes around health equity and why being an advocate for your own health is so important.


“ORIGINAL SIN: MY SON THE KILLER” (Documentary Trailer - Showmax)

This chilling story of convicted murderer Gerhard Jansen van Vuuren is told through the perspectives of his mother and his victim Andrea Venter's family. This crime thriller documentary moves between police efforts to catch him and Gerhard's upbringing, revealing how he became a killer. The film's hard look at femicide in South Africa helped fuel conversations throughout the country. Since the film's release, the South African government has signed a breakthrough Gender Based Violence and Femicide Bill into law. The film was released in 2024 on Showmax in South Africa and will be followed by a global release later in the year. It was also listed as one of the top 20 Hot Properties at Cannes MIPCOM.

In this touching short documentary, we meet Katelynn, a young tennis player from Brooklyn. Her story demonstrates how the Kings County Tennis League combines tennis and education to spark the potential of children living in and around Brooklyn public housing.
